By the definition, it goes under this order: prophase I, anaphase I, telophase I and cytokinesis.Prophase II, Metaphase II, Anaphase II, Telophase II and Cytokinesis. The main difference between these two is that product of mitosis is two identical daughter cells, while in meiosis, results in four, different genders.
