1: Meditation: During the journey of my life, I have found out that meditation is a miracle which helps us to have a happy, succeeding life. It explains to man the reason of their living.

2: Practice the art of giving: Always understand that the more you give, the more you receive. Help your society yo become healthy by giving as much as you can.
