How can i boost a childs self esteem using physical activity? any ceratin sports, or activities for children that enhance thier confidence? ?

A child's self esteem can be boosted by simply exercising everyday (Unless the weather is awful.)

A way of getting this exercise is by letting the child choose an activity or sport that they want to do.

Try recommending certain activities to them.
