2. Problem-solving skills -- There is book smart, there is street smart, and there is simply something you are born with. A combination of all the three makes perfection. Sometimes it's not about what we know, but how we know and how we implement the knowledge we have plus how fast we react in the moment of need.

3. Being a team player -- Being someone who works and functions well in a team is not for everybody. It brings numerous benefits as if we treat others right, we know they would do the same for us in the moment in need.
