In many cultures and traditions trough years, it is particularly for women to be gentle and sensitive because they are the ones that are giving birth to children and carrying them. Because of that, it is characteristical for men to have enough strength to raise those children and be the ones who can give them describing appropriate behavior. Not all women are feminine, but in my culture, that is the normal state and characteristic for women. Most of the men are having their jobs or companies and that is why they are considered as leaders.

Also, no one should be discriminated against. It is how most culture sees it.
