How might having cooking and gardening classes in schools change the relationship that students have with food, changing their overall health?

Students will see what the procedures of cooking and preparing are. even before that we need to grow the vegetables and fruits that we need as ingredients. overall they would experience and understand the process of both growing the crops, harvesting, preparing the food, and cooking!
