i know this may seem impossible believe me but its not. try seeking professional , which also seems like a scary thing but thats what doctors are there for. sometimes we dont know until we say but maybe your parents can too. i dont know your family situation but i can tell yo from expirience that i had a terrible relationship with my parents and non of that got fixed until i spoke up. it took family, docotors and social workers intervention but they caught on. now we're all working together to be a better family. i hope you find someone to talk to. self harm is a very hard bad habit to stop but believe me you can get through this.
