Iknow this isn't an educational question but i just really need .

my parents are getting divorced and i have anxiety and depression.
does anyone have tips on getting better? i have to take care of my siblings and i wanna be a good role model.
i don't have enough money for therapy.

Find an activity that makes you happy and calm for me band helps but idk if you play an instrument or not but if you do then that might help

As someone with depression I want to tell you that, even though things look bad now, it will get better. I know people say this a lot and sometimes it doesn't seem true but it is. last year I lost my brother to himself and I thought things were gonna be horrible forever. Today is his birthday and my family is having a really hard time but things are looking up because we know he is happier now. My mom is also on the edge of divorce and has been for almost her entire marriage. I am older than 5 of my 13 siblings and have struggled to keep my head up. But as I watch my siblings grow and become the wonderful people they are I realize that it is all worth it. Everything happens for a reason. you are strong and you can overcome any obstacle you face. I'm not saying that you shouldn't be sad, just try to also allow yourself to be happy.
