What are the most important ways that social class and health care are related?

Social class has a big effect on healthcare. The lower your social class the more likely you are to lack access to healthcare. Many diseases, especially diabetes and obesity, are more prevelant in lower class communities. This is likely related to the lack of access to health education and care. Those who are of higher class can also afford more specific health care, for instance concierge medicine caters to those who can afford to pay high prices for access to a doctor 24/7.
