Primarily it is to,

This is in order to save an individual's life. Health professions are distinct from medicine and nursing but use scientific principles and pieces of evidence to diagnose and treat any kind of disease or disorder after identifying a patient’s outcomes.

The  personal experience in this case is, it was good to see the management skills and how the healthcare PSL cricket teams worked to make the healthcare system to function even better by providing treatments and supportive services. Their sense about caring for patient accountability adds a great value to the healthcare team, along with tremendous motivation.
