Which type of food have a high amount of nutrients relative to the number of calories

Alot of foods have high nutrient value and less calories. not just one type of food.

> Skim Milk. Skim milk is a low-calorie and high protein

> Plain Non-Fat Yogurt. Yogurt is high in protein low calorie

> Low-Fat Cottage Cheese.

> Eggs is also one.

well say a good goal is to do 150 sit ups in a week! or 90 pull ups a day. even 60 push ups in a month these are all fair goals!
