First, we was with a clean detergent at certain temperature, which is specified by the manufacturer.Second, we rinse with hot clean water, this way, the clean detergent will be removed.Third, we sanitize with a sanitizing solution, which is used according with the manufacturer indications.

So, basically, sanitizing all items is in the third sink, the third step.
