For lunch josh had a cheeseburger, fries, and a nondiet soft drink. what could he choose for his afternoon snack and dinner to balance out his high-fat, high-sugar, high-salt meal?

He could have a fruit of vegatable for a snack because it has the natural unprocessed sugar in it witch is better than the processed sugar. And for dinner he could have something like a small amount of protien example like a lightly seasoned chicken breast with some quiona and again some fruit or veg. This will help balence this high sugar, fat, and salt intake. Sorry if this is not what you are looking for in an answer. :(
