If you were a team leader what strategies/steps would you embrace or recommend to prevent unethical, unprofessional, or illegal behavior/communication in the workplace?

I would be open to listen to everyone's point if view and opinions, be patient, don't be bossy, and don’t stress or don't show that you are stressed.

Along with the credits thing it could also affect your health in a type of way. you need to get out the house or off the computer and interact with people. if you stay taking online classes and are not going outside and socializing that could affect your health or your mind. your mind will start to form into you being alone and you would want to be alone over anything. so public or private school would be good because there is people around you to and support you.
