Which factors affect how people develop their body image?

I would say all of the following can affect how someone develops their body image except health care.

Religion, media, culture, and family can all have an affect on how someone carries themselves. For example, the media and someone's family/friends might promote a certain image that one's religion or cultural background would find unacceptable.
