Well sometimes there are people who because of religion purposes choose not to take blood from the hospital because its against their religious beliefs and they have the freedom to choose that as well. However, most times that is the reason many suffer a hard death because they couldnt take those options

He will get sick right away , he will have low energy , he will loose all his nutrition

You did not show us the image of the burger, but i shall try to answer as best i can.  when purchasing food, always consider the ingredients as well as the person who prepared it. consider if they were hygienic people or not, in case the burger was infected with bacteria. no mortal should place an infected burger into their mouth.
