In your opinion, is "avoiding" an effective conflict management strategy? why or why not?

warning signs usually include involuntarily shrinking away when somebody raises their harm as if to hit somebody, panicking when somebody raises their voice and usually the victim eventually stops  all communication with his or her friends and family. the decision making process usually begins with realizing the person they  are with  is abusive and secretly but actively seeks out to exit the relationship with out  physical/mental/sexual  damage. the decision making process also involves seeking from a mental health evaluator and eventually calling the police. although the percentage of woman leaving and afterwards being killed is 75% the statistics of a woman leaving a relationship and surviving is at 25%, it is still possible. if anybody is suffering dv call the 24/7 hot line for domestic violence
