This is a hormone that instructs your liver and muscles to convert glycogen into glucose to be released subsequently into your blood stream for it to be used as energy. This, therefore, would spike up your blood sugar levels.

Since the body systems works in consequentially, the urinary system is one of the en routes of the waste products. It helps the body to remove excess glucose from the blood. However, excessive blood sugar can have adverse effect on this particular system and others due to the fact that it can cause urinary tract infection and yeast infection
