Why is it significant that the exercise instructor can see that winston is not touching his toes?

If the instructor can not see Winston touching his toes and Winston said he did, then it could lead to the instructor giving Winston advanced exercises which is dangerous for him if he's not on that level yet.

One health risk and the most important one is obesity, it can cause obesity since you are not leveling your food like you wont ever get full because your just snacking between foods which can also cause diabetes.hope this : )
