Can freckles spread all over face from working on the sun? how can i prevent them? will they go away?

Actually yes it could spread from working too long in the sun ( it happened to my family ).
to prevent them is to wear sunscreen every 2 hours and don't be in direct sunlight too much .
i suppose no not unless you go to a doctor and he will do some type of laser to get rid of them or a treatment .
