The economic factor is the basis for the political one, because the politics are based on economics, so people do not pay attention to politics while they are standing well economically. The environmental and ethnic factors, are primarily used as an instrument for the realization of some interest by the two other factors nowadays, they are a very mighty tool, but are used and are very influential when the other two, especially the economics are not working well.
