The ring of fire is created by tectonic plates pushing against each other, specifically when a plate carrying ocean (called oceanic plate) is pushing against a plate carrying land (called continental plate). the ocean will always lose because it is heavier. what happens to the water of the ocean? *

The water from the ocean, when the ocean tectonic plates are repressed, and created the ring of fire, travels close to the places where new gaps occur.

Tectonic plates is the mostly recognised scientific theory that measures the Earth's lithosphere to constitute a number of bigger tectonic plates which have been slowly modifying since about 3.4 billion years agone.

When the tectonic plates pressing against each other, the ocean will ever decline because it is denser and normally creates a fresh sea that in time travels so much.

In time there is every chance they will become new oceans.

Therefore, the water of the ocean  close to the places where new gaps occur.
