Solve it like the other side I’ll add extra points

here an way to do it lets  say 5x plus 4 = -6

first change that times somthing that will make 5 into a -10 so -2 cause 5 times -2 makes -10 cause everything you times by a pos to a neg you get a neg so -10 plus 4 makes -6

so like number 9

-12 plus 8 makes -4
