Find out the new developments ,which are improving communication routes in the regions of high altitude?

If what your saying is correct, Let's take Greenland as an example. Greenland is in a high latitude and there is not very much communication because it is so cold. Here are some possibility's  for new developments. There is something call the HALO. This is an aircraft designed for high latitudes. HALO helps with internet connection for the few people that even live up in the high latitudes and one of the few air-crafts for travel. 

The were examples of police  brutality  and prideful people. police brutality because they could have acted differently. and prideful people because even if you are treated wrong you should still humble your self to the law that is before you.
