I would say the North American country that is most like Zimbabwe in terms of its physical characteristics is Mexico. Zimbabwe is a tropical country and has lots of high lands such as plateaus and it also has valleys. Mexico is similar to Zimbabwe is these characteristics because Mexico also has lots of plateaus and tropical lowlands.
