Why both totalitarian and authoritarian governments are a dictatorship?

Totalitarianism is generally based upon some hegemonic political ideology; whereas dictatorship may or may not base upon such ideology. In totalitarianism governance is reflection of the ruling party’s will; whereas in dictatorship an individual’s will is reflected in governance.

all fossil fuels are nonrenewable, so think coal, gasoline, things that we will eventually run out of. all fossil fuels are nonrenewable resources, but not all nonrenewable recourses are fossil fuels. these resources are not being renewed as fast as we are using them. i hope this considering there weren't any answer choices.
