How do dwarf planets differ from planets? they do not have a clear path in it's orbit.

they are bigger

they do not orbit a sun

they do orbit the sun but they are farther away, they are very small, the dwarf planet Pluto is around the size of a moon, and I wouldn't say they have a clear  path because dwarf planets don't normally have a clear path... they are normally around or are inside the outer asteroid belt of a solar system
