What is the origin of our solar system’s revolution (orbit) around the sun?

The history of sun exists from the day earth came into existence. But the actual truth of the movements and other knowledge were known with time and studies. The Sun and all the planets together is called the solar system. This formation occurred from the formation of a giant cloud of dust and gases known as the solar nebula. This was 5 billion years ago . Bit the nebula had to collapse due to increased  forces applied.
