The unique thing about the relationship between Belarus and Russia is the fact that Belarus's trade is almost exclusively with Russia; the trade is mostly in the form of barter. The two countries have more or less formed a union state, but this can't be fully implemented because of political clashes, particularly due to their differing ideas on how much power the government should have over its citizens.

The unique thing about the relationship of Belarus and Russia is that Belarus has exclusive trading system with Russia. So this means that they trade in for of barter but they cannot unite because of their different ideas and their pride with their power and citizens.
