Life can be so tough sometimes. It has been for me in many occasions. The best way to think about these things is to be a little selfish. Those people don't deserve your attention if they aren't willing to give theirs. They're not worthy. Find new people.

I would also recommend therapy. Therapists can make you see and understand your emotions better. Also, personal forms of therapy like trying to find new hobbies, or just going outside.
