La Suisse est un petit pays montagneux avec très peu de terres pour le logement. les espaces sont également très petits par rapport à d'autres pays. la plupart des gens loueront des appartements, des condos ou des maisons non meublés. seuls 30% environ de la population suisse possèdent un logement, dont moins dans les villes. Les prix des maisons ont légèrement augmenté de 0,61% au cours de leur première année en essayant de réduire leur marche immobilier surchauffé. Il s'agissait également d'une amélioration par rapport aux années précédentes, baisse de 2,52% et de la première croissance en glissement annuel depuis 2017. IPersonnellement, je préfère les prix des logements ici aux États-Unis parce qu'ils sont moins chers et peuvent être plus raisonnables en ce qui concerne le type de maison, d'appartement ou de condo. Aussi quand il s'agit d'avoir un appartement non meublé, c'est un bon montant moins cher. quand il est meublé, il peut être considéré comme bon marché par rapport aux prix suisses.

Could someone who speaks french check over some french sentences i wrote? my work: mon village est près d'un lac, alors il fait froid et venteux. je n'aime pas le froid ou le vent. mon temps préféré est quand il y a du soleil avec une brise. j'aime ce temps parce que la brise ne fait pas le du soleil temps aussi chaud et le soleil ne fait pas la brise aussi froid. *by the french word 'temps' i mean weather.* i am describing my favortite type of weather and why i like it. : )
