Manya friedman lived with her brothers and parents. before ww2 they moved to sosnowiec where manya started to see nazi propaganda. later, her father was selected and taken to work for the nazis. manya was also taken to make nazi uniforms. she was then forcefully taken to a forced labor camp. she was then transported to a concentration camp. after, she was rescued by the swedish red cross. she the moved to the united states.
