 The campaign uses statistics as evidence of the danger for the vehicle occupants that don't wear seat belt, specially at night, with 61 percent of deaths, during the night, in 2012. But the main point this section states is that the fact of being dark or night hours is not anymore an obstacle for spotting seat belt violations.
