Everybody can create a budget but not everyone can make a realistic one and adhere to it. Having strong financial skill enables a person to identify ones basic needs, ones source of income and how to ensure that the actual income earned will be more than enough to cover the basic needs of a person. Being financially literate will open more doors for the person to earn more and make his money work for him.

One cannot live without a designated occupation unless he has worked and already earned income that will enable him to live a comfortable life without working.

One cannot also avoid spending money on necessities because basic needs are necessities. These necessary needs must be satisfied to be able to live life.

One cannot demand a better interest rates at the bank because he is not the bank's policy maker. One can, however, choose to acquire bank products which offers higher interest rates for his deposits.
