As the pictures show, Ad #2 is more ethical because it presents the positive features of the product, such as the fact that it was made with organic materials and that there are many designs available to choose from as well as the fact that multiple pockets are included in it. Moreover, all of these characteristics of the product can be verified. On the other hand, Ad #1 does not show any of the features mentioned in Ad #2 and it implies that students need this product in order to be "the head of the class", something which cannot be verified.
