What point of view is used in "was it a dream? " how would a different point of view change the story? in one to two paragraphs, explain your answer

I believe that the passage point of view is first-person. If the passage was written in third person limited then we would only get the thoughts and feelings of one character in the story, but if it was written in omniscient, then we would see thoughts and feeling of another character which this can lead up to us knowing things before the actually character knows in the story.
