During the reign of Henry VIII, the protestants established the Church of England. King Henry VII wanted to introduce a new religion in England. So, he decided to divorce his wife, but when Pope Clement VII disagreed for the divorce. Thus, he separated the Roman Catholic church into protestants and Catholics.
