How does this example of dramatic irony affect the audience? It makes Brutus appear heartless and cruel because he want Mark Antony killed. It heightens suspense because they underestimate Mark Antony who is dangerous. It makes Mark Antony look like he is a part of the conspiracy. It makes it look like Mark Antony wants Caesar dead so he can become king.
