How does love or the lack of love affect the life of Elizabeth in "Frankenstein"

Victor did love elizabeth but even so she was still destined to suffer in the end. She is killed by the monster he created. Because he cares for her he brings her back but as undead. So the love she got affected her life by making her suffer death and coming back again as a (monster).
