well usually we have it at my Aunt's house with all me family and we have a lot of food before we eat all of us kids we go and play in the basement because there is a bunch of games down there and then we go eat then we go back down to the basement because we love it down there because we get to get away from our parents.

in the first sentence "her" could be referring to shely or to the sister. the answer there is "shelly called her sister and told her about the new baby."

in the second sentence "it" could be referring to the roof or the floor. the answer there is "since the roof leaks on the family room floor, we need to repair the roof."
