Can friends be considered family? Why or why not?

They indeed can. Sometimes, even friends are there for you more than your own family. That wonderful bond that friends carry can always turn into a family bond due to how much they can support you and simply bring happiness to you.

Yes they can. When you have a friend who really cares about you as much as you do them, it’s normal for someone to consider them family. For example, I consider my best friend my family because he’s always there for me. It really just depends how someone sees it though. Even though I may see my best friend as family, doesn’t mean other people see there best friend as family.
