What is an OMR sheet?

OMR is also known as optical mark recognition. They are used to read questionnaires, multiple-choice examination paper in the form of lines or shaded areas. Optical answer sheets usually have a set of blank boxes that correspond to each question, often on separate sheets of paper.

These are used in surveys also for checking the products in some of the companies,where there will be choices to mark. Even though the result is quick sometimes they are also checked by teachers for 100% accuracy.
