Clarisse has been deemed "antisocial" by the regime because she's too much of an individual. In this totalitarian society, where mindless conformity is everything, that's considered dangerous. To be antisocial in this environment means that you stand out from the crowd, that you're capable of thinking for yourself.

Antisocial means not being very talkative and don't socialize well with other people. In the story, it means people that talk too much and are very social. This term is applied to Clarisse.

While Clarisse elaborates on her shallow school atmosphere, she tells Montag that she is labeled as anti-social because she does not fit in with her peers and is too talkative. This is ironic because she is really more social (in our way of thinking) than any of the people who actually fit into her society.
