Dear Headmaster/Sir,

I am writing to you because I would like to request for myself to pay the school fees that are outstanding at a later date. I have two/three children (Or more) that go to your school and I have been paying on time for the first one/two. (Describe in your own words). However, I have fallen behind on my second/third child fees. My first or second children have been attending your school for the past three years and I have managed to pay every single payment.
