“I have a DREAM!” Susan exclaimed loudly over her family’s protests. “Why can’t you just be quiet and let me dream about something that will make me happy and make you happy?”

She was 16 years old and had already been liberated from the oppressive oppression of her religion for over a year. But the rest was yet to come.

“But what are you going to do with your life when you are grown up?”, her father always asked her. It was her father, Musa, who had helped her escape her conservative community and had brought her to America the world’s capital of freedom. She became so excited to go to America.
