Once upon a time there were two girls Andrea and Lilly. They were walking down the road together after lunch. While they were passing by, they saw a puppy on the street. Andrea immediately walked over to it. She really wanted to take it home with her! Much as Lilly tried to convince Andrea to do the right thing, and to not take the puppy that clearly belongs to someone else because they had both checked the collar, Andrea wouldn't listen to her friend! So Lilly decided to do the right thing and told her mom about it. First they had to find out whose puppy it was. When Lilly and Andrea had first seen the puppy, Lilly had actually snapped a picture. She decided to upload it to social media with the caption "My friend has your puppy. Will the rightful owner please step forward?" and needless to say, the post blew up! Among the many people to see the post had been the puppy's rightful owner, Alicia, who had reached out to Lilly to get her puppy back. So she explained the situation to her, and about who has her puppy. Alicia thanked Lilly for being so honest, and promised a big reward for her. Once she got her puppy back from an angry and embarassed Andrea, Alicia immediately reached out to Lilly again, and gave her a 10,000 dollar reward for being so honest, and doing the right thing. So you see, it pays to be truthful.
Explanation:
Telling lies makes people not trust you, and you'll also feel left out. Telling the truth has a much better positive outcome.
