I would probably create a movie because I’d be able to express more details with sound and lighting. A stage presentation can do that too, but I think you have more options for sound and special effects when making a movie. I would set the movie in modern times, and I would update the script to make sure the characters use dialogue that matches how we speak today. Also, a stage presentation is limited in the number of audience members who can see the performance, while a film can be seen by a larger audience.
