What myth does Prometheus appear in and what is it about what should you second research question be

Prometheus was considered the “Benefactor of Man”, and it is a title that he deserves in Greek mythology. Prometheus and his brother was given the important job of bringing life to the earth. Prometheus and Epimetheus would make animals and man from clay, and then Zeus breathed life into them. Prometheus and his brother were then given the job of giving the new creatures names, as well as “attributing all the characteristics to the creatures that the other Greek gods and goddesses had manufactured.”

Epimetheus took charge of this task. Zeus would not allocate any more characteristics, but Prometheus would not simply leave his new creations unprotected and naked in a new world.”Prometheus secretly went through the workshops of the gods, and in the chambers of Athena he found wisdom and reason, so he stole them, and gave them to man.

In another instance Zeus took away fire from humanity and Prometheus retrieved it because he saw his creation suffered from cold. So, Zeus sent him away and tied him up. And, an Eagle would be sent every day to remove his regrown liver.
