Dog's Emotions and Behavior

Dogs are capable of feeling anxious, angry and playful, and these positive or negative emotions are primarily conveyed through their body language. Miller (2020) says that a happy dog will have its ears up straight and a wagging tail while an anxious or fearful dog will avoid eye contact, cower, and tuck its tail between its legs. However, if the dog's body is stiff with its fur standing and showing its bare teeth, expect that it is preparing to lunge and attack

Therefore, we will be better masters by learning our dog's body signals and of course by paying special attention to their tails and ears

According to the experts of Therapy Pet (2018), the easiest way to bond with our dogs is by

understanding their emotions and behaviors. This way, we can determine whenever they are feeling happy, excited, afraid, anxious or sad.

Some of us are dog lovers. But, do you know that dogs have ways of expressing themselves?
