So the author is referring to a document or a law, that it wont have no effect or advantage,  but the author thinks it wont stop slavery trade, instead it will keep going which will later on make tensions between the north and south which will lead to the Civil war and bye bye to Abraham Lincoln.

life 2200 right now look pretty good because on how quickly humans are advansing, life will be a breeze. most by by then would have out lawed disese.most wouldn't have to work anymore beacuse everything would be free. the econamy for most countires would be really good, also by then u.s.a would have probably would have expaned its borders.

so that counculeds my thoghts of how 2200 is you for reading
